About the Event
This class is a gentle flow as you ease your way from pose to pose.  The poses are held for 1-3 minutes in a passive nature.  Props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps will assist with relaxing in the poses.
Bring your yoga mat and any yoga props to support you throughout your session.
