Join Nikela for this floating (on a floating device) meditation in Westlake, TX at Life Time. If you are not a member and want to join, please email your name, email address, and phone number to connectivesouls@gmail.com.
Nikela will submit your name, and you can pay ($45) to attend the workshop when you arrive at the Life Time front desk.
Attire is whatever makes you feel comfortable. You are not expected to get wet during this meditation.
The Lifeguard will assist you onto the floating device at the shallow end of the pool. You will have the option to use an eye mask and a blanket during the event. You will float in the outdoor pool for 60 minutes while Nikela plays the crystal sound bowls.
This event does not require any moving during meditation.
