When winter weather keeps you indoors, this 60-minute virtual yoga class offers an opportunity to stay warm, grounded, and connected through mindful movement and rest.
Weather the Storm: A Warm Flow + Yin Pop-Up is designed for all Yogis, with options and variations provided throughout to support different bodies and experience levels.
The first half of class focuses on Vinyasa Yoga, a fluid, breath-led style of practice that links movement to breath through continuous transitions between postures. Vinyasa builds internal heat, supports strength and mobility, and encourages steady, mindful movement. This is ideal for warming the body during cold weather.
The second half of class transitions into Yin Yoga, a slower and more meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga targets deep connective tissues, supports joint health, and promotes deep relaxation, helping the body unwind and the nervous system settle.
